Description for Hula Hooping with Karla Kloeble
Step in curious and spin through the possibilities that hoop flow can offer! Whether you are new to hula hooping or a seasoned pro, this class welcomes all fitness levels and abilities. Hula Hooping with Karla offers a playful movement class that will get you started with the basics of how to hula hoop, or support and inspire your existing hoop‑flow practice. Hula hooping is a low‑intensity rhythmic activity with plenty of room for creativity. The custom hoops provided come in different sizes and weights to support individual body shapes and rhythms. Karla is an expert in finding the right hoop to set beginners up for success and can layer on levels of difficulty for those with experience. The class will focus on getting everyone comfortable with basic waist hooping, and progress to teaching beginner tricks and illusions over the course of eight weeks.
