Join Karla Kloeble aka Hula-Hoopster for a full body workout with hoops provided. The introduction to Hula-Hooping class increases balance, flexibility, cardio and creativity. We will be spending our time inside the hoop, learning how to use our deep muscles to push and pull the hoop around our bodies. Then learn how to troubleshoot a hoop falling downwards! This introductory class will get you comfortable inside the hoop, explore basic hula-hooping skills on the hand, and get a taste of hula-hooping on the legs and chest. Once students are warmed up to the fundamentals of hula-hooping, we will take the opportunity to learn some beginner tricks.

About the Facilitator -

Karla Kloeble is a dynamic and inspiring individual, a lifelong student of movement, and loves motivating her students with embodied empowerment.

Her classes blend 20 years of dance training and performance with over 10 years of contemporary circus artistry into an accessible form of movement study for all. She is well acquainted with the physical mechanics of movement and executes teaching her students with reassurance, patience and positivity.
